The diet that I recommend, depending on the illness or health objective, consists, for example, of tasty combinations of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, legumes, nuts, mushrooms, fermented vegetables, high-quality vegetable oils, herbs, spices, seeds, seedlings, sprouts, wild herbs as well as your own wishes and ideas - as long as they are suitable for you from a professional point of view.
I recommend severely restricting the consumption of animal foods or - if desired or necessary - doing without them completely in order to achieve the metabolic relief that is very often necessary. There is hardly any animal food that cannot be replaced by plant-based foods.
Plant food, which is rich in fresh foods, offers many advantages: It supports the nutritional-therapeutic deacidification and detoxification of the body as well as the regeneration and energy formation that is required anew every day.
From the plant-based diet, I recommend a raw food content of at least 50%. Raw vegetables should not be heated above 42 ° C so that vitamins and enzymes are retained and the chemical structure of the proteins and fats is not destroyed.

Nutrient supply
Those who eat without meat or animal products are not automatically healthier. Even the opposite can be true. Malnutrition or malnutrition could occur. The change in diet to organic food should take place slowly due to the high proportion of fiber so as not to overwhelm the digestive system. This particularly affects the daily amount of raw food. Otherwise you will achieve the opposite - digestive problems and malaise of any kind can result. That would be an additional burden, especially for sick people. So that you are not burdened by change reactions or impaired by deficiency symptoms, I will carefully accompany you at your own pace of development.

My nutritional advice is "helping people to help themselves" with the aim of making the professional recommendations easy for you to implement. There is also a kitchen in my practice area. There I will show you preparation options, how you can cope with everyday life without meat or other animal products and be well satisfied.
Together we use kitchen appliances that are necessary for plant-based or raw food preparation. At first, all you need is a good knife and a suitable blender. If you want more, a hand blender, germinator, dehydrator, juicer and other equipment can be added.
In the kitchen I can show you delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are also adapted to your personal needs and preferences. The recipes are simple and suitable for everyday use. You can even ferment vegetables easily at home. You will quickly see: plant-based organic nutrition is not a sacrifice, but a gain. Nature has so much to offer and we can draw on the full.

You do not need many appliances to prepare raw food. A good blender, a good water filter and fresh ingredients will give you the best results.
