Prices without a doctor's prescription for nutritional advice are subject to 19% VAT.

 

Prices with a doctor's prescription for nutritional counselling (stating the diagnosis(es)) are calculated without 19% VAT. The statutory health insurances subsidise the costs of counselling. The amount of the subsidy depends on the respective health insurance company.

 

Counselling involves individual and small group counselling (e.g. families).
